Hereinafter referred to as "The Client" or "The Buyer"

Article 1: PURPOSE

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale aim to define the contractual relationship between the Seller and the Client and the conditions applicable to any purchase made via the Seller's website, https://centiano.com/ (hereinafter referred to as "the Site").
By accepting these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, the Client agrees not to make purchases for resale or commercial purposes.
The Client must be at least 18 years old and legally able to make purchases or have obtained parental authorization to do so.
The acquisition of any product through the Site implies the full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale by the Client.

For the purposes of these terms, the term "Parties" refers collectively to the User and the Seller, while the User who places an order is referred to as the "Buyer."

The Seller reserves the right to refuse orders that do not comply with this.

Article 3: PRODUCTS

3.1 The Products offered for sale by Centiano are those listed on the Site at the time of consultation.
3.2 Each Product is described as accurately as possible.
However, the Seller is not responsible for slight variations in color due to display limitations.
3.3 Products are subject to availability.
If an item is unavailable after an order is placed, the Seller will notify the Client as soon as possible.
3.4 Ownership of the Products transfers to the Client only after full payment has been received by the Seller.

Article 4: PRICES

4.1 Prices on the Site are listed in the applicable currency and include any applicable taxes.
Any changes in tax rates will be reflected in the Product prices.
4.2 The total price charged to the Client is the price confirmed at the time of the order.

If Centiano exercises the right to cancel an order, the Client will be notified via email or other means of communication.
If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
6.3 Order Acceptance:
The order is considered accepted once the Client receives a shipping confirmation email.
Prior to this point, Centiano reserves the right to cancel or modify the order for any reason.

Article 7: ORDER

7.1 To place an order, the Client must add the desired Product(s) to their shopping cart, provide necessary personal and payment information, and confirm the order.
7.2 By confirming the order, the Client agrees to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
7.3 After placing an order and making payment, a confirmation email will be sent followed by a shipping notification that includes tracking details.

Article 8: DELIVERY

8.1 The Products will be delivered to the address provided by the Client during ordering.
Delivery times vary depending on destination and selected shipping method.
8.2 The Client can track their order status using tracking links provided in shipping confirmation emails.
8.3 If incorrect delivery information is provided, resulting issues including additional re-delivery costs will be borne by the Client.

Article 11: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on Site including images, text and trademarks is exclusive property of Seller.

Article 12: OFFERS AND NEWSLETTERS

Clients may receive promotional offers and newsletters from Centiano after opting in during account creation or ordering process.
Clients can opt out anytime by following instructions in emails.

Article 13: PARTIAL INVALIDITY

If any provision of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is found invalid,
remaining provisions shall remain in effect.

Article 14: ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms along with Client's order summary form entire contract between Parties.
In case of conflict, these Terms will take precedence.

Article 15: APPLICABLE LAW – JURISDICTION

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by laws of country where Centiano operates.
Any disputes arising from interpretation or execution will be resolved according laws
jurisdiction of Seller's registered location.
